As long as you choose the right pathway, returning home can even become a \u201creset and accelerate\u201d stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Returning Home Doesn\u2019t Mean the End \u2014\n\nIt Might Be Your \u201cPreparation Phase\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Many occupations require work experience for skills assessment. For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Landscape Architect<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Urban Planning<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Some IT occupations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>And many more<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">These professions commonly require at least 1 year of relevant full-time work experience before you can pass your Skills Assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So if you return to China and continue working in your field, you\u2019re actually collecting the exact experience required.\n\nOnce you obtain your Skills Assessment, you can still:<br>\u2714 Submit an EOI from within China<br>\u2714 Wait for an invitation just like any applicant<br>\u2714 Continue all skilled migration processes normally<br>\u2714 Accumulate work experience + obtain skills assessment + submit EOI\u2014all according to official rules<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returning home \u2260 losing opportunities<br><strong>Returning home = still accumulating \u201cmigration value.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>After One Year of Work in China:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Skilled Migration Is Still Completely Possible<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skilled migration = Skills Assessment + points + EOI in the pool.\n\nIf your occupation is in a high-demand category (engineering, IT, construction, social work, nursing, etc.), and your work experience is genuine and relevant, then even from overseas you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Submit your EOI anytime<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Wait for an invitation (depending on points and occupation list)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Apply for 189 \/ 190 \/ 491 when invited<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>What actually affects your outcome is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Whether your occupation is on the list<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether your duties truly match your nominated occupation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether your skills assessment is successful<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether your EOI points are competitive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It has nothing to do with whether you are in Australia or not.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Employer Sponsorship Isn\u2019t Closed Off Either \u2014\n\nJust Keep Building Work Experience<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Employer-sponsored visas include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>482<\/strong><strong>482 (eligible after 1 year of full-time work)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">186 DE (eligible after 3 years of work + skills assessment)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have returned home, continuing your work in the same field still helps you accumulate experience toward future 482 or 186 applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Most Practical, Safe and Realistic Advice<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve just returned to China but still want to migrate in the future, here\u2019s what you should do:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Step 1\n\nContinue working in your field.\nMake sure your duties are real, verifiable, and aligned with ANZSCO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Step 2\n\nPrepare your skills assessment.\nThe earlier you start preparing documents, the better.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Step 3\n\nOnce you obtain your skills assessment, submit your EOI from China.\nThis won\u2019t delay your career or your migration pathway.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Step 4\n\nIf your points are competitive \u2192 you will still receive an invitation.\nOnce invited, you simply follow the instructions and lodge the visa as normal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Final Thoughts<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">What determines your migration success has never been \u201cwhere you are.\u201d\nIt has always been:\n\nWhether you\u2019re accumulating the criteria Australia recognises.\n\nWhether you have the right occupation.\n\nWhether your experience is genuine.\n\nWhether your points are competitive.\n\nThe door between you and Australia is never closed.\nIf you\u2019re unsure whether your occupation can pass skills assessment, whether your points are enough, or whether you still have a chance\u2014send me your occupation, duties, age, and education anytime.
